AF Symposium Case Presentation Application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a case presentation during the 2027 AF Symposium. The AF Symposium will be held, February 4-6, 2027, at the Omni Hotel Seaport Boston, Boston Massachusetts.

These 30-minute Real-time and 20-minute Recorded presentations have been designed to offer our industry partners the opportunity to address the entire General Session audience. This fully integrated, unopposed session represents an unequaled opportunity to present innovations, technologies, and advances in product development to a sophisticated audience of practitioners and decision makers in the field of cardiovascular medicine. It is our hope that through this joint effort we will provide attendees the highest level of continuing education and access to the very latest innovations in the field of clinical cardiac electrophysiology in a presentation format that would not otherwise be available to them.

As a fully integrated presentation in the General Scientific Program all content and faculty must be reviewed and approved by Course Directors of the AF Symposium prior to finalizing the proposed case presentation.

Case Presentations Include:

• The opportunity to develop a 30-minute Real-time or a 20-minute Recorded non-CME case presentation General Session audience

• Access to the symposium’s world class onsite faculty

• Complete General Session audiovisual services and technical support

• Case presentation recording for post-event education and marketing*

• Marketing of the case presentation in association with the 32nd Annual AF Symposium

• Inclusion in the AF Symposium Program and Website

Industry Responsibilities:

• Onsite Support for Production & Transmission at the origination site

• Presenters Honorarium, Travel/Lodging & Miscellaneous Expenses

• Local recordings at the origination site will need to be arranged separately

* Recording at the symposium will be provided by AF Symposium. No outside production crews are permitted.
